I purchased the Dolphin Neurostim originally to treat clients for pain and scar therapy. Once I got into the training, I found out that this modality treats more than what I purchased for. It is such a powerful little tool.
My mom suffers from diabetic neuropathy and I came across a reel of one of the instructors doing a "fb live" and wrote everything down. My mom's doctor wanted to send her to a vascular surgeon which she wasn't to keen on so I thought I would give this a go. I showed the nurses how to apply the device and pads on her to treat her feet and legs. 2 days later, my mom calls me and tells me that this little device is working and how her legs and feet aren't nearly as sore as they were prior. She stated the nurses are quite impressed with how well she is walking. I too was surprised, when seeing that the skin on her legs were not as red, shiny, tight and inflamed as the last time I had seen her 6 days prior.
I spoke with Dr. Bruce, and I must say the man is LEGENDARY. I love that he provides all the evidence research backing his product which resonates with me, as someone coming from Healthcare background of many years, it speaks volumes when there is proof in the pudding.
I have been using this in my clinic only for a few months and my clients are loving this, it is a definite game changer. It has improved outcomes for my clients that I know would have taken 5 or 6 treatments. I 'm truly grateful that I came across this modality, and can't express how exciting it is to see results in real time.

Dolphin MPS is a game changer for pain management. It does not manage the pain, but eliminates it. I have been using it for 14 years with excellent results. It works where nothing else does!

I have had very positive experiences using the Dolphins, treating myself, being treated during the courses (and a subsequent follow up appointment) and treating my clients.
During my Intro to Pain course I received treatment that increased my hip and knee mobility to a range I haven’t experienced in decades! I was so deeply affected I attended the Scar Release course. Treating the scar tissue and releasing surrounding adhesions helped my posture and my mobility….
Things I thought would be permanently restricted due to trauma.
I have used my Dolphins to decrease pain in my body (from foot pain to headaches) and continue to treat my scars. I am always amazed at the results I get.
I had purchased the online course for Intro to pain but had the opportunity to upgrade to a live class near me. Best thing ever!
Dr Bruce and his team of facilitators were knowledgeable and supportive. I was able to practice using my Dolphins with hands on guidance and suggestions.
I am deeply grateful for the healing I have experienced and looking forward to attending more courses next year!

My wife, Dr. KK, actually discovered Dolphin MPS therapy through her own experience — and it completely changed things for her and our family.
After the C-section when our daughter was born, she lived with constant pain around the scar area. It slowly became her “new normal.” She couldn’t comfortably bend to touch the floor, her sleep was affected, and daily movement was always tight and restricted.
Like many people, she tried everything first — massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture — all helpful in their own ways but nothing truly resolved the issue.
Then someone suggested Dolphin MPS therapy.
The change was immediate. After the first treatment she said the scar felt completely different — softer, freer, and the constant pulling sensation eased. It honestly amazed her.

I’ve been a chiropractor for a while, and integrating the Dolphin Neurostim into my practice has been nothing short of revolutionary. It’s by far the most powerful tool I’ve come across—more effective than any other technique I’ve used, whether it’s neurofunctional muscle work, craniosacral therapy, or traditional adjustments.
What really stands out is how it lets me treat the autonomic nervous system directly. This has been a game-changer for both chronic and acute pain cases, helping to regulate their nervous system and decrease pain, which in turn makes all my other techniques more effective. It’s like incorporating acupuncture principles, but compared to similar acupuncture techniques, it’s actually a lot more time-efficient because it takes less time.
I’ve also found it incredibly effective for scar treatment. Every single patient, whether they have complex chronic pain or just a simple low back strain, has benefited from addressing scars this way. Recently, I took their concussion and brain healing protocol, which has been a huge help for patients with post-concussion syndrome and even some Parkinson’s patients.

Dolphin Neurostim, Health 🇨🇦 and FDA 🇺🇸 approved Microcurrent Therapy Device. The choice of Physicians, Physiotherapsits, Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Occupational Therapists, and Chiropractors. This company has been in business for 36 years. I spoke directly to Dr. Bruce. They offer training modules online and in person to learn to how to use the tool better. I’m dabbling with it…and have used the pain management settings mostly. The vagal nerve is fascinating. The resources and design of the tool make it easy it use yourself. The best way I can describe it is a sense of calm and peace. Imagine tight, tense muscles relaxing. wytoo!

I’ve already posted a long post telling of my great success with cortisol reduction on the forum. For years I have had a feeling of jitters each morning..not heart palpitations, but high cortisol from being stuck on a fight or flight sympathetic nervous system response to my son needing frequent monitoring at night for diabetes at age 36 months. This device has ended that miserable feeling and I can start my day feeling normal.
I’ve just sent gobs of info to a very intelligent friend with severe ptsd and have included utubes etc. She is a very worthwhile lady who has gone through a great deal of trauma. There is much good information and research on this product.
I found Joe Durant's tutorial priceless and was able to learn the system quickly for the applications of vagal, scar and acupuncture . I’m still learning, but the guidance is clear. Very professional, no hard sell which I detest. Great back up for questions. I am a retired ICU RN who has done much medical research for malpractice cases and I feel highly qualified to recommend this unique, sensible, valuable health equipment.

Just came back from another AMAZING in person DOLPHIN MPS course. Todd taught the Auricular Therapy class. Information was conveyed in an excellent and concise manner. Easy to follow instructions. Great volunteers like Phil, Mark, and Jason helped our confidence in landmarking. They were always available when help was needed.
Streaming the class onto a larger screen with the Tech guy(sorry don't want to botch his name) was a game changer! No more crowding and fighting to see the demonstrations!
I will be incorporating this new modality immediately into my practice today.

Neurostim has changed my practice. As an acupuncture provider I am familiar with many of the protocols used in the pain protocols and find it to be SO much more impactful on a session basis. The vagal nerve stimulation has changed my sleep and energy - as well as my patient's who have tried! Also really loving the scar release for my joint replacement, open heart surgery, and mastectomy patients! Incredible results in mobility, comfort, and pain.

I truly believe in the dolphin neurostim device and its therapeutic benefits. The true hybrid wellness tool of Eastern medicine meets Western medicine. I have incorporated the technique and neurostim into my Professional Massage Therapy practice. My clients, family and friends have all been helped and it makes my job easier to use this therapy before actually getting into the muscles. I'm so grateful the MPS company came out to Santa Fe in 2016 where I took their class for CEU's. It changed my life and my Practice!

I was introduced to the Dolphin neurostim in 2010 when I worked for a Physical therapist. I took the classes and incorporated its use in my own massage therapy practice since. It's an amazing tool which gives excellent results.
The applications for vagus nerve stimulation and scar reduction have greatly improved outcomes in my sessions and I'm so grateful to have them at my disposal.
